That's interesting, tell us more Andrew. I know that it has been said cutting dairy can help asthma/ezcema but it did nothing for me

/don't know if there's more to tell just now

I did find this site that suggests a Magnexium deficiency in KC. It is known that hormones have an effect on Magnesium retention.

If you are interested, here is a list of natural foods in which there is a high magnesium content

I remember the sufferin Succotash from Sylvester, but listed among the foods that are supposed to be good for Magnezium as a micro nurtient is the aforesaid Succotash.

Andrew,

You surprise me switching between English and American for Magnesium.

Very disappointed in you :D

I've always had the test done with the box lighted and the room dimmed. On a side note i find my night vision much beter than during the day.

My father was from Chicago, although he grew up in Pittsburg PA. I often get my spelling mixed up between UK and US English. Sometimes, and just out of badness, I throw in perfectly good Scottish words like "outwith" just to confuse everybody.

DJ Smak Have you always had better vision at night?
