Crosslinking?

Yeah, I've never had that test done, he hasn't even mentioned it. I might ask him to send me out of town to see the specialists for more opinions. The thing is, here, the doctors take offense if you know what you're talking about, that is if you talk to them with knowledge of what you have or you ask too many questions. My dad came with me today and he was asking the doctor questions and he seemed annoyed. Either way, I am usually persistant when it comes to anything medical, even if im put on medication, i will research it online obsessively to the point i feel i have enough information o set my mind at ease.

Over here, I\m not so sure that the doctors take offense but they can be a bit surprised when a patient engages them in intelligent conversation about his condition. but once their surprise os over they do tend to engage in a sensible conversation with the patient.
All the best with your research

I hope when i go for my next refit that my lenses fit good and i can get on. Still wondering though if scleral lenses are supposed to be completly clear as in no tinge? Its kind of awkward handling them when you can hardly see them and it was a bit easier when i had my old corneal RGP's because they had a blue tinge to them. I'm thinking the blue tinge would show up on the scleras of my eyes though. What do ya think?

My RGP corneal lenses always had a tint, but my scleral never did. I did not think to question it, but I'm glad you did. Why not ask your optometrist? Let us know the answer.
Maybe they ust think that Sclerals are so huge that if you can't see them you can feel about until you find them
