I am wearing acuvue oasys with hydraclear plus soft lenses with GPs made of a hybrid material on top but the GP lenses seem to smear up a fair bit has anyone got any other idea of what material the GP lenses could be made out of to eliviate this smearing up many thanks

There are about half dozen or more materials they could be, all classed as RGP material.
If you have the case they were supplied in from the manufacturer, it should have their adress, lot number and basic curvature. From thi, they will be able to tell you the material name.
Otherwise the optom should be able to tell you or at least provide the above information for you to find out.
