Can anyone help i have been wearing softperm lenses for about 2 months and find they cause a lot of stinging in my eyes when the weather is hot i have never had hay fever which is one mode of thought any ideas? Also they seem to make my eyes very light sensative is this normal.
I was reading about systane eye drops does any one know if these would help the stinging ?

It's hard to predict exactly what will help in any given situation when we are communicating via posts. It is possible your eyes are becoming dry in hot weather and it will do no harm to try Systane (which you have to put in before you put the lens in)
There are also other products designed to be used with a contact lens - and the more useful ones are the ones designed to for single use only, as they have no preservative.
On the other hand, your symptoms could be fit related, considering the photophobia... if they are a little tight and then tighten up more in the heat, you could be having oxygen transmission problems.
My suggestion is you try the drops and if they do not work, yuo should go back to your fitter and get them checked out.
