Hi, I have been reading about Small-incision LIKE with the XENIA implant which sounds like a great option to help with this condition. I was just wondering if anyone on here have had this procedure or know where in the uk would carry it out.
Thank you

Guessing from the non response for several months no one has ventured down this route in the uk. Shame

Re: Small-incision LIKE with the XENIA implant
In general implants don't seem to be that popular with practitioners in the UK as they are not considered a long term solution. We can't see a lot of evidence based research for Xenia and they are not mentioned by NICE. One hospital (Wolverhampton) does seem to have a practitioner. Caution would be appropriate.

Hi it's been a year now since the last post and I have found that Ultralase and optimax ( basically the same company) are offering this procedure. You will be offered a consultation at your nearest clinic then maybe have to travel for the procedure it self. I have today been quoted £7990 for one eye,
