Hi I am newly registered to this site, and I am currently in the being fitted for a schelol contact lens and was wondering if anyone have been using this type of lens.

Re: corneal grafts
Hello Morris25 and welcome,
You've probably seen that suddenly everyone's asking about scleral lenses! So yes, quite a few people here use them. And quite a few of those say they're more comfortable than any other lens they've tried. But we've also had some people who can't get on with them. I hope you turn out to be in the first group and that they work well for you.

Re: corneal grafts
thanks for the reply I am at the early stage of fitting been to the royal glam hospital to the contact lens clinic but the one they tried last time needed to be altered and appointments are 6 to 8 weeks apart so it gets frustrating.

Yes, that is frustrating, but if the lenses work for you, hopefully it will be worth the wait. Good luck!
