looking for advice!! dreadig the sun coming out!!

Hiya im 27 and was diagnosed with KC at 16, was managed with glasses and then moved onto lenses, currently have the hard ridge lenses and have had them for 2 years with no major problems apart from having them adjusted every 6monthd or so but this last few weeks I have been suffering with my eyes being very sensitive to the sunlight especially when driving which causes very sore and watery eyes!! I thought they needed adjusted which they did but hasnt done anything im still suffering and now have sore heads and very runny nose when I put my lenses in, was wonder if anyone had same symptoms or offer advice. I'm dreading the summer months if it continues, Thanks in advance

I find polarised sunglasses help a lot, I wear them when driving on all but the darkest of days.

I live regardless of time of theyear in wrap arounds from the RNIB with a tint to them x
