This has been mooted here from time to time. I think that the consensus has always been that it may be counter-productive for people with keratoconus, but I'd be interested to hear the up to date thinking of some of the optometrists who post here.

if Ortho-K work why not used by everyone
any experts here.....

48 degre celcius , hot summer in India, unbearable.

Not an expert. However, if I remember correctly this can actually significantly thin your central cone?

That is certainly what I remember. But I'm wondering if there is any fresh thinking among optometrists?
