sunglasses in the office

Postby paula hardman » Fri 25 Feb 2005 8:24 am

I was thinking of a getting a pair of sunglasses from the opticians using optical glass to conteract the office striplights (normal ones are too dark / have a slight distortion). Does anyone else use these? What kind of tint would be best? I tried a pair of blue ones on yesterday and although they were a bit dark the shop appeared amazingly daylight-looking - presumably they conteract the yellowy-orange tint the lights give everything.

Hi Paula

I have glasses that I only use for the office, with a grey tint. Found these best for me, but I guess its a personal choice thing.

RNIB website sells cheapish tinted glasses if you want to experiment first.
