KC are prone to back pain ?

I read a article and now I am experiencing the same
most nearsighted can get back and neck pain
bcoz of leaning while reading/ working on PC, imp to sit straight
people below 30 may ignore it
but struggling to see properly can lead to poor posture and back ache
request all to share how they sit or feel while reading

I did have poor posture at my computer until Iearned to use it without a screen. My Macjust spoke to me and I responded via mouse and keyboard.
