Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, but I am from the U.S. (hope that doesn't get me kicked out). I was diagnosed with KC about 3 years ago and have been fitted with small rgps, scleral lenses, and synergeyes hybrid contacts. I'm back to small rgps but I really can't tolerate them anymore becuse they bother me and get my eyes red everyday. I am getting CXL in 2 weeks, so im excited for that.
Has anyone gotten red eyes before? for like a month? I have been having red eyes everyday now for about a month from wearing my contacts and sometimes when i wake up in the morning. I just want to know if it will go away by itself or if my eyes are going to be like that forever. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. We have a number of users in the United States, and you are welcome to join the growing band!
Yes, I have had red eyes, but I would not wear lenses when my eyes were red. I think I'd go along to see my physician in the hope that he would prescribe a course of drops to help them return to their usual and less-red condition!
