It's now been about 6 weeks since I had my stitches removed following my graft in 2002. Today, I had a corneal mapping done, and it has shown that I am now much more astygmatic than I was when I still had the stitches.
My consultant is suggesting that I have some "refractive surgery" at Moorfields to correct this - although the likelihood is that I will become more short sighted still.
Does anyone else have any experience or knowledge of this procedure that they'd like to share?
