Hi all
Just reporting in again after my one-month check-up. All still looking good apparently. No pain since the first few days, & less and less discomfort/tiredness. Most of the time I'm not really aware of it now. Still not much vision in that eye, though I did manage the top line of the chart today!
Obviously there's plenty of time for rejection episodes etc in the months and years ahead, but hopefully I can reassure some people who might be dreading a graft that it doesn't have to be a nightmare. So far I'd have to say it's been a more pleasant experience than trying RGPs!

Re: One month post graft
Good news on the recovery front.
Just to add some clarity, rejection although possible is relatively uncommon, just remember the warning signs.
R - Redness
S - Sensitivity e.g light
V - Vision changes e.g sudden and dramatic
P - Pain
Rejection can be associated with one or more.
