Fordy;
You know, in patients with heart failure, fluid tends to accumulate in right lung because simply they tend to feel more comfortable sleeping on their right side. I was thinking that there must be an explanation why KC is worse in one eye, we know about genetic, eye rubbing, etc etc but these factors seems to have symmetrical effects then one should look for an explanation of this assymetrical involvement of corneas, and this theory sounds logical to me, you know I tend to push my head hard on the pillow, and most of the times I sleep on my left, sometimes I think I even can feel the pressure to my eye. Anyways as you said, we better change to sleep on our back, although ald habits die hard!
Cheers
