i have decided to get my second "left" eye done with the CXL treatment. Its not as severe as the right eye, and is only progressing slowly. (Right eye already has an intac and had CXL done)
But i hope by gettting it done now, it will help hold that eye in its current position, and i wont need to worry about glasses or contacts, as I can manage just fine now.
Im a little more worried about it this time, seeing as it is my "good eye". Tomorrow i have to go get a glasses prescription for my right eye only, so i can have some normal vision while the left is recovering.
Proceedure is booked for the 16th June. Right about the time we are also moving house. Should be an interesting week, hehe.
Wish me luck... very nervous.

Re: Second CXL op
what was your recovery time after the CXL on your left eye, or are you still recovering? how long is it since you had your op? Where did you have your op done?
I am now seriously considering having CXL done in both eyes and am now doing all the research that goes ahead of the final decision to have a consulation and if allowed to proceed with the operation.

Re: Second CXL op
hey, still havent had it done on the left eye yet. I will let you know how it goes, im getting it done in two weeks.
Right eye recovering was fine, but i dont really use that eye to see cause the vision is so bad, so its kinda hard to say.
I got my op done here in australia.
