Well i had my appointment with lynn yesterday and at first the lens which had been orderd for me wasnt really of any great benifit as it made my eye water like crazy (much to lynns amusement! ) even after giving my eye some time to settle the vision still wasnt great and kept changing every time i would blink which was abit dis-heartening , ever the genius though lynn tried me with a new version of the kerasoft lens which as soon as it was inserted in my left eye i knew straight away this was the baby!! it felt instantly comfortable and with a few tweaks in the mangnification department i was seeing clearer than ive seen in years better than 20/20 !! im so looking forward to when my lens arrives as i will actually be able to see clearly an comfortably for the first time in 12 years or so!!

To all those of you who have been led to believe that the soft lens option is a no go area then think again its certainely worth a try , it might not work for everyone but you dont know untill you give it a go :D

Welcome to the K3 club :D

I really hope the lenses bring you the same benefits they have brought me.

I think with any lens for KC there is a good chance several fittings are needed to get the ideal fit or should that be compromise for a KC eyes?

May I add in here....?

You know.. you guys are so ... tolerant. In Trinidad the patient would say - "Take de damn t'ing out - it REAL hurting meh!" Matt just sat there bravely blinking back tears. (he is VERY sensitive!)

It is actually, in all seriousness, very important you give good feedback when lenses are being fitted to you. If they give poor vision or are uncomfortable, you need to say because even designs that look fine to us fitters can be uncomfortable to you.

Matt.. I may have a few other tweaked lenses to try on you as well.... so be prepared! It was good seeing you!
