Op gone well

Postby lcogrady » Tue 13 Jan 2009 11:41 am

Hi everyone

Just to let you know op was a success. Had a PK in the end rather than DALK. Not sure why as havent seen my surgeon yet but saw my GP, who specialises in eyes, yesterday and he says it all looks good. I cant see any better through it yet but wasnt expecting it to. It is uncomfortable but not painful and I am using maxitrol 4 times a day. I will update my blog later this week as typing is making my eye hurt.

On that note I am going to log off

Lucy,

That is fantastic news! Your sight will take time to recover; for now it is enough to have the surgery behind you.

Every good wish

Andrew
