added eye probs

Been having probs with my eyes, inparticular the left.
Light is severley painful, then my left eye went all bloodshot. Then i noticed a discoloured sort of yellow patch on the sclera.i then started experiencing some terrible pain, sometimes constant sometimes throbbing.I phoned the opticians and the specialist i see happened to be there. He said it sounded like a marginal ulcer and to go to hospital.
So i proceed to the hospial. after two hours i see a doctor in triage, he says he can clearly see it, but i may have to wait till monday or later for treatment, as we are not covered by eyes or ent at the weekend. However a opthalmic sho on call agrees to see me . His reaction is that he cant see anything ! after a full examination he finally tells me i have something called episcleritis ! (now researching this) apparently it has nothing to do with KC or wearing lenses. I am rotting at the core !!
What a weekend!!

What happened next? Did your Episcleritis clear up by itself, did they give you eye drops? Whatever; it sounded horrific!
