i had my driving test at last

Postby kerrie phillips » Tue 17 Jul 2007 11:49 am

Hi guys's i know i have not been on for ages. I have been so busy with all sorts, and just not had the chance. I barely seem to get a minute to myself.

Just had to let you know that i had my driving test last week. After two long years of struggle with my eyes and geting the appropriate lenses, i finally got there. And ....................................................
I PASSED! YIPPEE I am getting my life back.
To top that I passed my final nursing exam too.
I am now taking loratadine which has helped with hayfever and sore eyes. And contacts are going great.
I still have my momments when i cant wear them and have to use my specs, but i try to persevere. as with specs i feel i am an observer on the world not actually in it , it's weird and no one else gets what i am saying!!! . just thought i had to let you know the good news, as you have all been so supportive to me.

That's great news Kerrie!
Hopefully now you can drive, and you have qualified as a Nurse, a whole new world will be open to you!

Well done!
Pat
