Promotion!

Dear All

This is a completely irrelevant post but I just wanted to share some good news.

I am on annual leave at the moment and I just got a call from the office to tell me I've been promoted!

I'm really pleased and surprised, particularly as its been a difficult year for me - having been diagnosed last May and then having to wait for lenses and then get use to them etc. Now that I've got my lenses, its made a huge difference to how efficiently I work and I try not to work late anymore as I don't want to overwear my lenses!

I was just excited and wanted to share the news. My job title now changes from Senior Lawyer to Associate!

I think I need a celebratory drink now!!!
