Hey there Pat!

I haven't had the RGP slip off either, it is normally really comfortable on the soft one and only slightly moves!

When the soft lens gets dry I put in a drop of Blink which does the trick. I use Optifree for the soft lens and Boston or Tescos own solution for the RGP. Tescos cleaner is good as well!

I wasn't asked in Moorfields about trying a Rose K either I only knew it was one when I asked yesterday! It is seen as a RGP as it is the same material and I was told that it is good for post grafts.

Hoping your lenses carry on with success!! :D

Ciba Vision Clear Care (Aosept Plus in the UK) can be used for hard and soft lenses.

Its also a preservative free peroxide based solution that when used in the special case (and only the special lens case) is slowly neutralized into saline over the course of approximately 6 hours.

I use this solution for my soft lens and my Synergeyes (Softperm like) lens. I use Boston SimPlus for my hard lens (I didn't want to use a full amount of Clear Care and a special lens case for a single lens).

I will move to Clear Care only after I get my second Synergeyes lens this week and will hopefully no longer need to piggyback.

I also rinse all of my lenses with saline before insertion.
