Worst was right eye but recently left eye now just as bad.
Awaiting graft
Worst thing is not being able to do things with my kids id like to.
And that i cant learn to drive.
please share that with me...........

Worst thing: Losing my independance because I have had to stop driving. Although friends and family don't mind I hate having to rely on other people all the time.

Diagnosed: 18 years ago, though I'd had it for 3 years prior to that.
Worst eye: Well it was my right but now I'm not so sure.
Surgery: Not yet. Saving up.
Hardest thing about having KC: I would have to say my poor nightvision and the halo rings and 'smudged light effect' around EVERY light/window/tv screen/mirror.....

But first noticed problems when i was 24.
Which eye is your bad eye?: Was my right eye but now my left eye
Have you had surgery?: yes on right eye
Hardest thing: the worry KC brings and trying to sort out child care for when i have a hospital appointments.
Good things: bringing up 3 children while having bad KC and doing a good job at it (Well i think i have)

for indeed,it is not the eyes that grow blind but it is the hearts which are within the bosoms that grow blind...
