Systane before and after wearing lenses, but dont really make a significant difference. I have tried hypermellose after removing lenses or on days when i'm not wearing them when my eyes are sore which do tend to help a bit. While wearing lenses I have tried aquify, hycosan and refresh. The do help but not greatly.

Asif,

Have you tried using them more frequently?

I found they have an accumulative effect that I had to use the drops every couple of hours for the first month or so before I could back of to twice per day and that was gradual over another month.

I have yet to find an eye drop that has an instant affect, which is why it took me about 6 months to find an eye drop that best suited me.

Asif, Im actually very surprised to hear that. I have felt that my eyes feel a little more sore when my lenses arent in, but otherwise, they have been good. I have an appointment this Thursday, so I'll see what happens.
