We were away for the New Year. We spent a couple of days at our flat in Glasgow.
At least we were warm and dry indoors, but the storm outside was blowing hard. Most of the bars in Glasgow have a ticket only policy for New Year's Eve, but the friendly owner of a bar on Brunswick Street took pity on two old people and let us through the door.
We had a good time and have entered the New Year full of hope for all that it may bring.
Every good wish to everyone: May 2007 deliver for you everything for which you hope, and more besides.
