Handy Browser Trick to Resize Text

Postby Simon Hare » Fri 22 Dec 2006 12:11 am

I don't know if you guyz n gurlz know this - i only just found out about it

to enlarge most web-pages text, press and hold 'ctrl' and scroll down on mouse wheel.

saved me having to go into options to change font size for every different website, excellent for us KC sufferers as we have 'good days and bad days' enjoy

Yes, this works well in IE6 and earlier, and in Opera, Netscape and of course Firefox.

IE7 has chosen to implement it a different way... which is why I switched to using firefox ( http://www.getfirefox.com ).

Or, for the seriously challenged there is always the consumate simplicity of the Mac.

they both have their pluses and minuses.
