I have been having some problems with my left eye ( only one with KC, right one is fine) since April 06 and around that time I found I was pregnant and so they switched me to soft lenses and glasses as my optician told me that my fluids would change as the pregnancy progressed. In July I lost the baby, so sad been through a lot these last few months. However one good thing that come of it was I got to see our local eye specialist who has requested my optician try again with the hard lenses. Luckily she tried me with a Rose K lens in the left eye and I got sucess with a 5.6 steepness....if it means anything to anyone. She tells me that another girl who had been having problems was completely off the fitting set and they tried to make her one but that has been unsuccessful. So I'm thanking my lucky stars there.
My specialist also has referred me to this Dr Dya in East Grinstead who I believe is very good. I have an appointment on 6th November so have to stop using my hard lenses a month before so from this weekend. Luckily I have my soft ones for backup. I am told the assessment will take around 3 hours.
Just wanted to catch up with everyone and tell you how things is progressing with me and share any thoughts experiences or

Take care
Lynne
