Sandi, i am rather concerned that you are drinking wine so early in the morning

I think you may need help and turning your allegiance to ARSENAL will be the start of your recovery process.

PM me any time of the day or night and I will gladly reply with soothing story's of epic Arsenal performances against other great teams such as Real Madrid, Juventus etc etc.

Now put the bottle away please

Michael

Please don't type that word in capitals, I find it offensive. :)

You could always write a book about your gooner stories, I hear there is a gap in the market for football fiction books these days. :P

COME ON YOU SPURS!

Matthew,

It certainly was virtual wine.....can I offer you a glass of claret and some blue stilton. (sorry about the pink, it was the closest I could find to claret!)

I can't believe it Sandi. I was just putting the finishing touches to a long but highly witty post about how brilliant Arsenal are and what rubbish Spurs are etc when everything went blank; presumably you have found a way of zapping my pc.

i'm not going to type it out again cause it takes too long typing with one finger (occasionally two)! Not very good with keyboards

So I'll say aurevoir for now as I'm off to Dublin tomorrow for a long weekend. I've never been there before and am really looking forward to it.

Meanwhile, you, Anne and Lesley can talk amongst yourselves and normal service can resume on Monday

By the way if anybody plans to break in to my house, it will be occupied whilst I'm away

Ah ha, so my top secret, anti gooner post, software works then!

Enjoy your weekend in Dublin, I have never been either, so let us all know what it is like.

Anne and Lesley, we have a whole weekend of gooner free posts......lets make the most of it! Come on let's PAR-TY!

I am just putting a cd on the virtual jukebox, let's start with Ossie's Dream......
'Ossie's going to Wembley, his knees have gone all trembley.....come on your Spurs....come on you Spurs'
:D Oh the memories are flooding back, let's start a conga.

Lesley,

I was surprised at the Chelski score tonight as well......they have done the unthinkable, not only beating them last season, but again this one. So there maybe hope for the rest of us.

You can't get rid of me that easily. I'm here till about 1.00pm  .

Just to spoil your party, I might just look for an internet cafe

Ossie's going to Wembley? That was a long, long, long time ago. Nobody is going there this year.

What a disgrace when you think how quickly the Emirates has been built.

After last night's performance I think Arsenal's prospects for this year are not that great. The defence was woeful. Hoyte is playing left back and he isn't a great right back. He can't tackle with his left leg let alone kick a ball. Djourou is very inexperienced. Eboue is better going forward than defending and Toure looked uncomfortable as the father figure in the defence. Oh boy.

There are a number of others who were less than impressive.

There you are; I've opened up my heart to Spurs supporters in a moment of weakness.

I think the prospect of flying has got to me. Yuk
