Andrew,

Yes, I do like that about the 10th Doctor. The ninth was very good, but was a bit too frivolous sometimes for my liking.

Loved the line "They can shoot me dead, but I'll have the moral high ground" :)

Louise,

So you want to have some time tots?

..well given the choice between that or K9, I'd have to take K9 if I'm honest

You'd opt for the Sarah Jane consolation?

I liked Romanna, the female time lord who first brought K9 into the programme. but she was far too clever to be the Doctor's companion. The advantage of a succession of human women is that there can be a degree of sexual tension while the companion allows the doc to keep stopping to explain what is happening. romanna already knew what was happening,a nd was sometimes ahead of the doctor.

Louise, give me the World Cup any day!

Now that's what I call entertainment - you've got drama, wonderful acting, skill and pathos.

Life won't seem the same without it  .

Michael

bit no daleks, no cybermen, no borg, no warp drive, no demateralization circuits, no K9, no spacial anomalies ...

so, where's the entertainment?

Some talented englismen and some talented portugese booting a ball into a wide net. In the end the whole game on Saturday came down to a penalty shoot out. Drmaatic, maybe, but entertaining? :D

That's right, gang up on me!

That's the sort of thing I would expect from Dr Who hooligans.

No more attacks please on the World Cup Louise. K9 wouldn't last 5 minutes with our dear old lovable Wayne!
