An employer that cares!

Postby GarethB » Thu 25 May 2006 6:54 pm

While having a clear out I found this;

Despite sending the article to the reported and editor a dozen times and through HR it still looks like the work was done by me.

Actually most the hard work was done by Anne Keplatze and Lynne White, I just added my two peneth and then asked my employer to make a donation to produce the leaflet.

The publisher is independant of my employer, just goes to show journalists of whatever calibre still make mistakes :D

Just thought I would post this to show that some of us do have caring employers and admitting you have a problem can be manages succesfully between all parties concenrned.

Oh and only known as Gary at work due to an admin mistake which is easier to live with than change!

So Gareth, you have an employer who cares, but does not care enough to get your name right?

Good article, though, and yes, it is good to know that employers can take a sympathetic line.

Cool shades!
