i swim without lenses - its like, would you go swimming with glasses on?

No. i don't swim with lenses in either, but post graft i think i need some goggles.

Never swam with lenses in and never used goggles pre or post graft and 20 years on gafts are fine.

Actually, once all the stitches are out you should probably be OK, but I think it's a wise precaution to wear the goggles anyway - even if all it does is stop you getting hit in the eye by an oar!
