I really want to go to Cuba

Always have, loved the look of the place and the laid back non western attitude.

Alas I probably could never afford it. Does anyone know if there are any work/holiday schemes going on over there ?

I will teach English 3 hours a day for free accommodation or something type thing.

I do know that there are opportunities to offer voluneer service in Cuba, and guess you can find these by Googling something like "volunteer Cuba".

VSO may offer a programme.

All the best. I understand Cuba is a very beautiful place.
