
I scrapped most of my old eating habits, and changed to a healthier lifestyle.
I started with no Coffee, as i was a big coffee fan. Moved to water, at least 8 pints a day which is easily done. Then a few with orange juice added and the odd fruit juice.
Meals changed to no fatty meals, lots of fish and no meat. No added salt or sugar. I didn’t bother with chocolate and sweets anyway. I don't know if i mentioned i sell on markets. I used to run a sweet stall and deal in confectionary and that kind of killed my sweet tooth. I eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day! Which again is easily done.

I also have stepped up my exercise routine lots!
I believe that the big improvement in my vision is down to all these changes.
(And yes i do have the odd treat! But when you aren’t used to eating rubbish you don't like the taste anyway.)
