There was a story around at one time of a researcher who accidentally injected himself with a homoginate of Freunds Agivant and human brain cells.
He went into a kind of shock. He did develop a massive Auto-Immune reaction, became a bit ill, went all 'puffy' as if in a major allergic response, but did not develop antibodies to brain!

It was tough in that the questions were so open and vague.
Not sure I know enough about manufacturing and I found the question about dealing with confrontational situations. That is tough as it depends on the situation, depending how I am confronted, I can be very confrontational too.
Will know next Friday for the AGM if I have made it to the second round, but this was as an Evironmental Safety Engineer at the place I am working in now.
