Sorry Garath I think you misunderstood me,lol.

I refer to westfield the health care insurance not the cars, although I am trying to find the cash to get myself a kit car, I think a westfield might be a bit above my salary though! I currently have a Focus ST170 which is OK for track days but a little slow.

Its good to hear that you do track days and such, losing my driving license is one of my biggest fears with having KC as I enjoy driving and would hate to spend the rest of my life being driven round by the missus!

Thanks again!

Stuart

No worries Stu,

I am a real petrol head, I think petrol flows through my vains :D

Track days are doable, but full on racing I retired from in 2004 when I found my KC had taken a turn for the worse. Sight restrictions a bit tougher when you renew your MSA licence.

I found this quite daunting (and tiring) as I had hoped to find out just how bad the KC was but now I feel that I may have to rely on other methods to track the progression which may be less effective.

Happens to me all the time Stu.

I apparently have droopy eyelids which doesn't help and I too have to resort to pulling them up with my own fingers....and it is absolutely exhausting.

Glad to hear it's not just me!!

StuUK

I don't know why they don't just call health insurers names like "ford" or "Ferrarri", "Jaguar" or "lamburgini"? :D

Back to the top: My eye was only ever scanned by a toporgrphy machine that was all singing and dancing. It didn't exactly make the tea, but it did cope with my very steep corneas. The resulting picute would make Knight drule. i was sondering what one of those CGI's of aliens would look like if they superimoiosed a real topograpnical mapping of the eye on the 'creature's' eye?

This problem is very common, and alot of it is due to the machine being used not that technologicaly advanced...the newer ranges (that are around 2+ years old) should not have this problem and will be able to read even the most distorted of corneas! But I guess with a price range between £5,000 and £75,000 these machines do vary
