Actually the gym can sound a bit like a delivery room!
I was present at the birth of each of my children (of whom there are 2). We had been to the breathing classes and they gave me charge of the 'gas and air' mask.
My wife had made me promise not to let her have too much gas. She did want to be pain free but not completely out of it. Qhen the sister midwife snapped at me that I should give my wife some gas and air, I snapped back, "She's had some!"
My wife relieved me of my oversight of the gas and air mask!
But back in the gym I hear grown men grunting, puffing and panting like women in the travails! It is almost enough to make an old man feel young, but seeing the way some of their eyes bulge, I am not surprised that Asif's sight is worse after pumping up his IOP.
