The last part of your previous message is so true! I get that now, if I look at something with my ungrafted eye at night, it actually expands and contracts to my heartbeat lol.......kinda kool in way as it keeps me amused on occasions!

Lynn,
I can see my pulse through my right lens. If the light is right, I see a cresent on the outside edge of the lens that rocks gently with my pulse. Always thought it was the lens as it moves so much, but what you have put might be closer to the truth.
Before got the KC problem back and wore glasses when I looked at things close especially writting it was if the words were under a gently rippling stream. This reduced a lot when I wore clip on sunglasses over my specs.
When I was first tried with lenses and we used the same timt on each eye the same happend, but with lenses with a slightly different shade of blue there is no rippling stream going over the words I see.
To a great extent this has fixed my dyslexia as far as reading goes because at least the letters are not floating off the page.

I simply find all that fascinating, Lynn you mentioned as a child looking out to the hall, lol I remember doing something similar, but laying there as a kid, everything would get progressively darker and darker, then I'd sit up - it would get bright again - so lay back down pulled the covers tight over my head and peaked out... yet again the 'darkness' would come all over again, didn't happen every night but like you it scared the wits out of me ... years and yonks later I nearly hurt myself laughing when I read about the little 'eye tremor' we all have that keeps the eye 'reacting' to light, and it occurred to me, the tremor was being stopped because my eyes were getting pinched between the covers and pillow ...
Although that doesn't explain the little grey alien one night ... but I try not talk about that

Only those with KC know the hidden beauty of a Christmas Tree.
