Deep fried Mars Bar's, oh no, even as a chocoholic I couldn't do that one.

Seems to me Lisa woldn´t need any training at all out there on Isle of Man, when you found this wonder-fuel. Only question is how this will influence the local enviroment in central London, literally knocking out the competetors :)

(Lisa, don´t mind me, joking!)

when you think of our diet, it is no surprise that Scotland has a very high rate of heard disease.

Perhaps if we took more exercise, ran more marathons, we could keep to our high cholestrolintake and still manage to live to be 99!

Chocoholic moi?? OK, so I'm sitting here with a packet of chocolate hob nobs - purely medicinal as I'm still recovering from a physio's elbow in the piriformis!! Hubby has offered to do the same with his foot - especially as I did collect by car at M & S the other day and forgot it all! Luckily he works in Douglas and was able to pick it up! Hope to resume training next week as hob nobs are although making eye and butt feel much better are having a detremental effect on the hips! Talking of which I have a cunning plan to knock Paula Radcliffe out of the way with gentle wave of left hip - and thunder to victory in under 7 hours! My hubby was really upset when he ran FLM in 2003 and got overtaken by somebody dressed as a cigarette! This marathon lark has certainly helped me through this graft - I've needed more treatment for the butt! If anyone does want to donate to guide dogs I have a page on http://justgiving.com/tubsterr - but please only if you really want to. I come on this site to meet fellow KCers, to exchange views and ideas - not to snaffle your dosh! However I'd have no hesitation in nicking your chocolate!

Tubs

Tee hee - the second link was in blue because it was a link - the first one wasn't... which is why Internet Explorer couldn't find the site and showed a Microsoft page. :(

Easy edit though... I just changed the "http//:" to "http://" and it's all fine. Microsoft are REALLY fussy about what works
