I would say that i have a very agrssive form of KC. i got a friend to have a peak at my medical form and it said something like vision 6/60 both eyes. 4

I would still get seen by an experiecned Optician in KC.........you may not need to go through the whole graft if they can fit you with a Rose K or Scleral!...
KC is about facing the challenges it creates rather than accepting the problems it generates -

I will 2nd that. You want to leave a graft as a last resort. My vision in my right eye is 1/60 if that and am gettin 6/6 vision with a new type of RGP without additional power in the lens. As Jayuk said, get to a cl fitter who has experience in fitting keratoconics.

i have tried Rose K and scleral, but to no avail, i have even had blood tests to find if I have any allergies but they came back clear. To be honest i despise contact lenses and would choose to live without them.

Presh,

You need to be aware then that most post-graft patients end up wearing contact lenses of some sort. All the graft usually does is to make the vision correctable.

You may be able to wear specs to correct the remaining problem, but this is by no means certain.
