I hope you are joking about sleeping with lenses in?

By doing so soft or hard you run a very high risk of doing irreprable damage to your cornea.
I know of several cases, 1 of which the parents of the young man concerned discussed at the 2005 confrence. He went abroad on holiday and after a late night slept with his lenses in. He was in hospital for a few days instead of enjoying a holiday due to the damage the lenses did to his eyes. He got flown back to a UK hospital and then had to go on a waiting list for a graft.
So after ones nights foolishness went from correctable KC to no vision needing a transplant!
It takes 12 - 18 months to get reasonable vision back post graft too.
It is far better to look after the corneas we have got even with their failings.
