I think many of us tried various methods ...
First of all, to win KC we need to find the cause of this desease. Of course it is related on some processes in our body, but on which?
There are couple of success stories. One of them:

I think it could be truth. Bates method, especially Palming, is helpful for all eye conditions. And all body health improvement should improve eye condition.
The other question is: If you strong enough and you have a strong will to avoid various your body harming factors?
