Have been experiencing this for a few days now and i am on third week of wearing RGP's. My boss pointed out to be a few days ago that when i am talking to him i am raising my head up. I think it is over the contacts.
Could the neck pain be related to contacts. Have my first check up on sat so will mention it

Hi Withnail,
Yes, it could be due to the RGPs. If they're a bit loose-fitting, they will tend to droop over the cornea, and you won't be looking through the optical centre of the lens.
By moving your head upwards, you could be subconciously using your lower eyelid to re-centre the lens, so that you're looking through the optical centre and hence getting better vision.
Make sure that you mention this at your check-up, and you may well find a new pair of lenses is coming your way!
