Low humidity pain.

Postby GarethB » Tue 21 Mar 2006 10:02 am

For the past 10 days the office humidity has been around the 25% mark and lenses gradually becoming more uncomfortable, well the right one anyway.

Worn the lens for 2.5 hours so far and already had to take it out twice to use the old eye drops and re-wet the lens.

Have a meeting with my supervisor and will see if I can get a desk top humidifier from Argos;

http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/store ... 12&go.y=12

Will let you know what happens.

Gareth

I sat with a dt humidifier all the time I worked in the University. it was great. It seemed also to ionise the air (not sure if that "s" ought to be a "z").

All the best

Andrew
