Progressing fast

Postby DJ Smak » Sat 25 Feb 2006 3:38 am

Hi again everyone, I haven't been here in a while and I thought I'd come back. My Pellucids seems to be progressing rather rapidly, I just got my new glasses last month and I think i need a new prescription alredy! This really sucks because I have to pay for them myself and my last pair were $300. Still working and tweaking my scleral lenses, my first fit didn't go to well with the right eye, it wouldn't stay in adn the vision was terrible, I'm pretty worried abut that as my right eye hasn't been corrected for a few years now since its gotten worse. The left lens was ok but now that it seems my prescription is changing(in the middle of fitting them at that).

I dunno, its all been going fast in the left eye as of late and i was scared before but now its worse. I've been having to set the resolution on my screen to the highest and make the text bigger and its a pain.

I've been reading about 3CR but haven't read much about 3CR and Pellucid marginal degeneration, not available here in Canada anyhow :( Well I see the doc next week about my contacts and will go from there

DJ

Good to hear from you.

C3R is not one size fits all solution to KC, but may be part of the answer for some.

thanks for bringing us up to date. All the best when you see your doc.
