Just been looking back on the forum over the past year and seeing where I was a year ago and where I am now.

Never done this before makes for a reflective experience.

May also help those who are having issues right now gain an alternative prospetive.

Spot on! I occasionally call up my past posts and read over them. it's like having an on-line journal.

Then I can do the same with the posts of others. It is like being given a gift of being able to 'look through' somebody elses's eyes.
