Thats excellent!....I think it will be interesting to hear your views and thoughts on how they treat and deliver the service.....from the medical/trained optical staff to the front line admin!
I do find it amazing though whenever I have gone there at the frankness of the junior opticians when we I the questions.....its almost like they all have there hands tied yet are too afraid to escalate....cant blame them realy!

Good luck on tuesday.
I'm not being seen at Moorfields but if you secretly pencil me in for an appointment while you're there I'll pop in and see how you're getting on
Failing that you could always ask for a transfer to the K & C as I can think of nothing better than being able to discuss my condition with someone who shares my special vision.
As they say, 'There is no experience as meaningful as those who share the same vision in life'
Edit*
I don't know if anyone really said that, but it sounded good.

Hehehe thanks for the well wishes! LOL, why do i get a feeling now that loads of patients not planning to be seen at 'A & E' next Tuesday will all be waiting for me!!!!!!!!!
Chris i will pencil an appointment in for you! But it so was NOT me if anyone asks!! LOL!!!
Am getting so excited now to see what drs and nurses decide when planning on the care of our eyes, as somehow working in a trauma hospital is not the same!
Worrying thing is though that some friends at work are thinking i want to jump ship and work there instead, but i don't think so! Chest pain, heart attacks, severe bleeding and major traumas are much more exciting, and i have enough trouble with my eyesight as it is! I don't want to live and work it as well!!
Also yes doctors and nurses make RUBBISH patients! As nurses we try our best to get someone else to look after a nurse, although after surgery i was told that i was a very model patient considering my career hehe. Maybe it was because it was a private hospital, everything was better organised, they had more staff and so i didn't need to complain even if i wanted to!!
