I used Boston, rubbing method, cleaning with tap water and Saltwater solution as overnight storage solution in the end. Glad this is an ended chapter, but if yuo suspect anything, just change. My experience is that every optician has their own brand they recommend due to financial deals with the suppliers. Sometimes it may be hard to make them recommend something else.

Its not so much that Per, they can't really stock everything and they are hardly going to keep telling you to go down the road to another outlet!!

The optom can advise you generally on solution types but individual formulations are more difficult - you often have to experiment yourself to find out what agrees with you and your lenses the best.
