That is a big problem as in very small print it tells you that a large print or brail version can be requested!

I now ask the Pharmacist to write the patient contact number down in large writting on another piece of paper. If they are busy, I scan it into my pc so that I can enlarge it.

Err.. Just curious. What would happen if I don't keep my eye drops refrigerated? Because I never did, and I certainly don't need to now.

Depends on what the drops were...but if the solution is kept out too long than it may become unstable, lose potency, etc etc
