Lenses being posted

Where I live has organised crime, I can't receive any parcels as they watch the building and run in after couriers/postmen, grab and run. Couriers/postmen won't deliver to our doors and hand it to us. We don't have letterboxes in our doors, we have lockable tiny mailboxes on the ground floor which hold very little.
The council won't do anything, the police do nothing, signs, phone calls make no difference so I've come to accept I have no safe postal system.
The problem is being sent lenses, these won't fit the mailbox, do you think Moorfields system could cope with sending it yo my mum & dad's address instead?
(Collecting from the hospital would be a bloody pain)

I don't see why they wouldn't be able to do that, especially if you explain the problem.

am fairly sure that you can have mail posted to someone you can trust n where you can trust not to be intercepted x

They did indeed.

Bit concerned optometry might be cutting down appts though with cuts, backlog, had recent cancellation

It didn't work out, the lens was still sent to my address!
