Anyone got experience of re-grafts failing or of DMEK for PK rejection?

What treatments did you have for re-graft rejection after hourly drops?

It's rejecting at descemets membrane/endothelial layer (without stomal tissue), there are 'folds' not sure what that means yet.
I wonder if anyone has had a DMEK for PK endothelial rejection?

At what point is graft rejection unresponsive to topical steroids pronounced as failed?
Weeks, months, 1 yr, 2 yrs?
