Brilliant app for phones

Postby Green » Sun 17 Feb 2019 2:31 pm

Found a brilliant app whether you're registered blind/severely visually impaired or are functionally blind/SVI without your lenses, this app on an android phone (& there's a version for iPhone users) is simple and easy to use.
Download for free from Google play store and press the desk top icon.
Within 60 seconds one of 2 million volunteers will answer you.
Your outward facing camera will be on and you can ask for help to locate something, see the use by date on a pint of milk or anything which needs good eyesight.

It's called 'Be my eyes'.

Genius idea.
